  • Online reservations are for indoor tables only. To make a reservation on the Terrace call or email us. If phoning to make a reservation on the Terrace please speak to Reception as the automated phone service can not accept Terrace bookings.

  • We do not guarantee you will get the table of your choice.

  • For groups up to 6 people please use the reservations tool below or book via DishCult. Online reservations are for a maximum of six people.

  • For groups of more than six please send us this form.

Table Choice, Reservations & Availability

We will always try to sit you at the table of your choice, but for operational reasons we may not be able to do so. 

Due to variable weather conditions during the autumn and winter months, and for operational considerations, the Terrace and Garden areas may not be open during this period. If the Terrace or Garden is closed, guests will be comfortably seated inside the restaurant, where we will continue to provide our usual warm and welcoming service. We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to keep these outdoor spaces available whenever possible.

Tables In The Main Building

Tables in the main building can be booked online, by telephone, email or in-person. Booking online is quick and easy!

Tables on The Terrace

The Terrace is the glassed area between the main building and the garden. Terrace tables can be booked, (subject to availability), but only by telephone (if phoning please speak to Reception as the automated phone reservation service can not accept Terrace bookings), email or in-person.

Tables Outdoors in The Garden

Tables outside in the garden cannot be booked in advance; they are allocated as guests arrive. The changeable nature of West Yorkshire weather makes reservations outside impractical when we may not be able to move guests indoors if the weather turns nasty.


Guests With Mobility Problems

Buon Apps restaurant seating is split over two floors; the ground floor and the upper floor. We do not have a lift; access to the upper floor is via stairs with a turn in them. If this is likely to cause difficulties please ask for a table on the ground floor where the tables and and toilet are fully accessible.

Cancel or Change Your Reservation

We appreciate that things change and sometimes you can’t come as planned. If you have a reservation but can’t come, please tell us so others can use the table. Read about the impact of not telling us.

Booked online? You can either:

  • Go to your reservation at ResDiary to change or cancel your reservation

  • Click the ‘Cancel Booking’ button on the booking confirmation email you should have received

Didn’t book online?

Please do not use social media to cancel your reservation. We do not monitor Facebook and Twitter 24/7 so we may not see your cancellation in time.

Service Charge

An optional 10% service charge is added to every bill. If you would prefer not to pay this please say so and we will gladly remove it. The service charge is collected and distributed via an independently managed central pool called a ‘tronc’ (Alessandro and Sofia Elena as owners/managers play no part and take no share of the service charge). This is commonplace within the restaurant industry. Staff receive their share, with tax deducted through the payroll, in line with HMRC rules.
