At Buon Apps, we know plans can change. Life happens, the weather turns, someone gets called into work, or people simply decide not to head out. We completely understand that.

What really helps us though is a quick cancellation if you can no longer make your reservation.

Like many independent restaurants, we work with a limited number of tables each service. When a table is booked and guests don’t arrive without letting us know, that table is unavailable to other customers who may have wanted to dine with us.

Unfortunately, no-shows have a genuine impact on small independent businesses like Buon Apps. Empty tables mean wasted preparation, unused staffing, and lost opportunities to welcome other guests.

They also have a direct financial impact. Buon Apps is not a large chain; it is an independent business that supports not only our own family, but the livelihoods of the team who work here too.

With costs continuing to rise across the hospitality industry, every booking matters. A quick cancellation, even at short notice, genuinely helps us and is always appreciated.
