Kitchen Porter – Full-Time Position

We are a family-run, contemporary Italian restaurant based in Otley. This is a full-time role with a mixture of daytime, evening and weekend shifts.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Keeping the kitchen clean, tidy and safe throughout service

• Washing plates, cutlery, pans and kitchen equipment

• Keeping washing-up and food preparation areas organised

• Emptying bins and managing kitchen waste correctly

• Helping with simple food preparation when needed

• Supporting the chefs and wider kitchen team during busy services

• Following food hygiene, health and safety procedures at all times

Experience would be an advantage, but more importantly, we’re looking for someone who is reliable, has a positive attitude and can work independently, use their initiative and see what needs doing. Training will be provided where needed.
